Bad support

They have been signing my questions on how to return the product

No reply to emails for return

Wasn’t happy with my product and informed them I was happy to return within the return period/policy. They replied once to ask for photos but clearly stated I wasn’t happy with the colour. No reply since, sent two more emails requesting refund if returned. Nothing!

None of the Gold accents match

The build quality isn’t bad. Similar to a dbrand case or otter box symmetry case. However, the gold accents on the back of the phone do not match the metal borders of the iPhone nor the trim around the camera square/buttons. I thought it would match the color of the gold iPhone, but it did not. I feel the picture is misleading

Good quality case, terrible customer service

The case that I received was different that I thought was coming to me. The gold accents were more of a rose gold. I did reach out to have the item swapped for one with black accents. Took a few days for a response and when I did receive one they were “looking into it” I followed up 5 days later and have yet to hear anything back.

It’s great

Can’t complain about the case itself at all. It’s amazing and looks cool but the gold for border around the camera showed gold on the picture. It’s definitely not gold and more rose gold. Kinda throws off the whole vibe.
